The farm is owned by fifth-generation coffee producer Victor Calderón, who purchased the property after years of decline and restored it into one of Guatemala's most respected specialty coffee farms.\u003cspan class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchor\" aria-hidden=\"true\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-end=\"1909\" data-start=\"1595\"\u003eOriginally established as a cattle ranch in the 1930s and planted with coffee in the 1960s, the farm now produces around 330 bags of coffee annually — more than double its production when Victor first acquired it.
